Bed and Breakfast, the rooms


Rooms

The four rooms: the Comies’, ‘the Customs’, ‘the Pungel’ and ‘the Smuggler’, refer to the notorious smugglers in the '50s and '60s of the last century when the Belgian/Dutch border still was a real border.
The rooms offer total privacy. They feature a spacious luxury bathroom, comfortable box spring beds, sitting area, free internet, TV and the possibility of making your own coffee and tea. 

Each room has a private terrace with panoramic views over the polders.
Depending on the weather you will enjoy your breakfast in your own room or in the separate breakfast room in the big barn. In case the weather is really fine we serve breakfast on the main terrace outside.
Wherever possible breakfast consists of local ingredients, which mostly come from both sides of the frontier.
The garden with a large rose garden, large borders, a meadow with ponies, geese, chickens and other animals are free to visit for our guests. Feel free to walk around, enjoy a cup of tea or something else while you are sitting on one of the cozy seats in the garden. 

All rooms are non smoking, but you are free to smoke outside. 
For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed.
There is ample parking and bicycles can be placed in one of the barns.
If you're looking for ultimate relaxation, combined with luxury and comfort, then at Lands End (Landseinde) you will undoubtedly find the place of your dreams. 

PS: We deliberately chose not to make provision for families with babies and very young children. Indeed, peace and tranquility are our trademark.

We only rent our rooms for a minimum period of two days during the high season.

*High season: 6/4until 9/4, 27/4 until 20/5, 25/5until 27/5, 29/6until 15/9, 12/10 until 27/10 and 21/12 2012until 5/1 2013.

Payment

For the reason that we are a small B&B, we do not offer creditcard facilities. Therefore we only accept cash
